The 12th Annual Jim Ditch Golf Classic is back and scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2023. We are back in Southern California this year and will be holding the tournament in the Pasadena Area (course info will be soon be provided). To receive updates, sign up for the mailing list below. 

Join your friends and colleagues for a great day of fun and golf as we remember and recognize Jim Ditch for his 35 years of service to the transit industry. Jim Ditch was a founding father of the California Transit Training Consortium (CTTC) and his passion for training and education was unprecedented.

The Jim Ditch Classic, celebrating its 12th anniversary, brings together transit agency and industry professionals from all over Southern and Northern California for a day of fun and great golf. Over 110 golfers get together every year for a round of “best ball” style golf with lots of fun on the course, a great raffle, and everyone coming together for a great cause.

This popular golf tournament has raised over $200,000 towards the Jim Ditch Education Fund, and has provided over 70 scholarships to students who wish to advance their career in public transportation.  So many of these scholarship recipients have gone on to various fulfilling careers in transit, many in maintenance and technical fields. There are many ways to contribute to this worthy cause during the tournament including multiple sponsorships and joining us for a great day of golf.
